SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT:
ECECD is seeking a contractor for a multi-year contract to provide internal audit services as further described in Section IV.A to include, but are not limited to, independent evaluation and appraisal to determine the adequacy and reasonableness of internal controls, whether ECECD resources are used effectively and efficiently, prescribed policies and procedures are followed, and ECECD’s objectives are met. This procurement will result in a contractual agreement between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively.
