Early Childhood Education and Care Advisory Council

The Early Childhood Education and Care Advisory Council furthers the governor’s priority to create a more cohesive, equitable, and family-centered early childhood education and care system in New Mexico. This Council replaces the Early Learning Advisory Council.

The Early Learning Advisory Council (ELAC) was a group that made recommendations and advised the government and legislature regarding early learning issues in New Mexico.
